RS Weir General Contracting was established on Kauaʻi in April, 1976, by Randy Weir. Randy was born and raised on the island where his family’s history dates back to the 1800’s. In local culture, the concept of family, often referred to as ʻohana, is fundamental to our identity as individuals and a community.
